Regardless of size of project, we approach each project using the same project management ethos. Our total project management process is derived from the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge (or PMBOK). Our project managers are trained in each of the areas of this body of knowledge and use this training to deliver projects to the highest standard.

Instead, we approach projects with a focus on all areas of project management including integration management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, resources management, communications management, risk management, and procurement management. This inclusive focus helps us to add value for our customers in ways which others simply cannot. To further support this approach, our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management systems ensures that the appropriate internal and external audits exist to keep this focus pointed at success.

Through all areas of our management and implementation systems we ensure that the right technology is used to support each function. All of our Project Managers are trained in systems such as Microsoft Project and many other management software systems.

Over the years we have carried out major process and instrumentation projects for some of the country’s most recognised drinks and food manufacturers. We have gained a huge level of capability in this area and continue to offer these customers unrivaled experience and expertise in process control, instrumentation, and industrial automation applications.
 
We have also completed a number of large projects internationally in this area in locations such as Egypt and Gabon, West Africa. This international experience is used to help develop the most suitable installations for our clients whatever the applications.
 
As these critical installations are at the core of our customers operations, we work closely with them to develop operations and maintenance programs which ensure that their plant and production facilities are kept in the best condition possible.

Along with top class installations, we also provide design and build type solutions for customers looking for a more focused and directed project with a larger degree of cost effectiveness. We help our customers develop electrical services installations which are focused on meeting our clients business and budget needs. Our engineers are fully qualified and hold memberships to Engineering Institutions such as the IET, IEI, and CIBSE. We provide a full drafting service in house which means that changes and amendments to projects are completed quickly, leaving the project team to focus on achieving completion successfully.
 
We have successfully completed a number of projects using this model in areas such as retail, commercial properties, and health care facilities and have built a number of valuable relationships with other specialist service and product providers to ensure that our solutions remain the most cost effective available. We work closely with a small group of project management, architectural, and quantity surveying firms, as well as building services engineers to ensure that we can offer our clients a full spectrum of building services.

Over recent years we have specialised in electrical installations in hazardous environments such as explosive atmospheres and chemicals storage facilities. We have completed these projects successfully using the highest grade ATEX and EEX compliant materials and products and we are familiar with all of the relevant codes of practice, standards, and Directives in the area of hazardous environments. Our specialist expertise and experience allows us to offer clients a safer installation ensuring that all parts of the project comply with or surpass the relevant standards.

Once we have completed our installations, we work closely with our customers to ensure that maintenance plans are drawn up which ensure that their systems remain in perfect working order. We offer services such as annual electrical testing, emergency lighting tests, thermal imaging, earth resistance testing, ground resistance measurement, and lighting level measurement.

We provide full reports detailing the findings of all maintenance visits and inspections, and works with our customers to ensure that the appropriate actions are taken when needed in a efficient and timely manner.
